“Islamic nation has Al Qur’an which completely contains the provisions of moral, ethics and law to be the holy master to be applied to behaving and way of life.  Accordingly the most of them are prosperous, strong, smart, know the difference between right and wrong and to be responsible for the public so those are considered as valuable persons.  If each person tries to study Al Qur’an more clearly with always study other science wildly and progressively, those will encourage the people to have virtue, knowledge and ability perfectly which be the main driving force for social development.

"อิสลามิกชนมีพระคัมภีร์กุรอาน อันประกอบพร้อมด้วยบทบัญญัติทางศีลธรรม จริยธรรม นิติธรรม เป็นแม่บทศักดิ์สิทธิ์สำหรับการประพฤติปฏิบัติตน และดำเนินชีวิต ส่วนใหญ่จึงมีชีวิตที่เจริญมั่นคง มีความฉลาดรู้ผิดชอบชั่วดีความรับผิดชอบต่อส่วนรวม และนับเป็นบุคคลที่มีคุณค่า ถ้าแต่ละคนจะพยายามศึกษาพระคัมภีร์ให้เข้าใจถ่องแท้ยิ่งขึ้น พร้อมเอาใจใส่ศึกษาวิทยาการด้าน อื่น ๆ ให้กว้างขวางและก้าวหน้าอยู่เสมอ ก็จะส่งเสริมให้เป็นผู้มีความดี ความรู้ ความสามารถครบถ้วน สมควรยิ่งที่จะเป็นหลักและเป็นกำลังในการพัฒนาสังคม"
